Special Needs Students Awarded

Students of the Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Center, were all awarded for their individual achievements accomplished over the last academic school year.

Parents, teachers, as well as officials from the Ministry of Education, joined the students in a celebration on June 13, at the Church of God of Prophecy, at their annual awards ceremony.

During the ceremony, the students were commended and awarded for their outstanding work in various fields of study, their execution, and understanding of life skills and their overall character.

The students also had the opportunity to render special performances and musical selections.

The ceremony also saw the crowning of the 2017 Mr. and Miss Eslyn Henley Richiez Learning Centre, Alisha McDonald and Shamario Patrick.

In this role, the students stand as the official ambassadors for the school, over the next coming year.
